It prepared me for the future by instilling the importance of networking with those around me to succeed in the business world.

What advice would you give current students while a student in the College of ACES?

University of Illinois

Why did you choose to come to the University of Illinois and College of ACES?

I never really attended the College of ACES. I attended the College of Agriculture. I often still refer to it as such. I enrolled here because of the success of other UI agriculture grads in my area. I never really considered another college.

National Guardsmen positioned shoulder to shoulder around the Quad. Perhaps this wasn't the best of times on campus, but it was very intriguing talking with the soldiers.
