FSHN 320, I have no idea what number it is now, but it was called Nutritional Aspects of Disease. It was taught by Dr. Layman... I loved every minute of it!
It gave me a good respect for those who grow our food, and a better understanding of the whole agricultural picture from farms to nutrition research.
Find a balance between having fun and classes. Too much of either one will not allow you to have the full college experience. Also, join groups which have common interests as you, both professionally and personally.
I attended UIUC because I wanted to learn more about nutrition, and it is a great school in this field! I stayed at UIUC for my PhD because the nutrition research done here is great!
